For the past few years, I’ve poured my energy into building a solid foundation, focusing on my career as a computer scientist at Sandia National Labs and prioritizing my long-term future by building up my retirement and aggressively tackling debt. I’m currently in the home stretch of clearing the last of those balances, and I’m determined not to let that stop me from achieving the dream of homeownership.

But the reality is that the goalposts have moved. Between rising costs and a tough housing market, buying a first home is harder than it’s ever been, especially when you're doing it entirely on your own.

I’m ready to trade a difficult apartment situation & environment for a healthy, smoke-free space of my own. I’m looking for a place where I can focus on my passions, like gaming, hosting UFC watch parties, and growing my 'Jeff’s Juicing Co.' projects, in a home that is truly mine.
