About Me

Candice M. Jefferson is a full-time professional real estate Affiliate Broker serving the Middle Tennessee Area. Before joining Exp Realty, Candice began her career in the customer based industry of food service. She was an Assistant General Manager with Darden Restaurants for eight years. During that time she was also a district trainer for the Nashville area Red Lobster Restaurants. Under her supervision, this restaurant received the honor of Best Restaurant in 2003 for best overall performance, and outstanding customer service in the nation. Candice started in real estate as a buyer and seller for investment properties. This peaked her interest in a career with Real Estate and obtained her license in 2007. Since then, she has extensive experience working with seller, buyers, HUD homes, foreclosures, short sales, New Construction,Land and Commercial Sales. Community involvement and networking is one of Candice’s passions. She has been a member of Business Networking International 2015-2017. She volunteers for Bridges Domestic Violence Center,the well serving her community as a Domestic Violence Survivor. As a survivor of Domestic Violence she and her husband started a non-profit called Grace and Grattitude Ranch that will be serving Women and Children coming out of Domestic Violence Situations.
