About Me

I am a dedicated real estate professional and developer with a passion for serving my community and helping it thrive. My diverse experience in real estate over the past decade has given me keen insight into the industry and how it is evolving in the Baltimore metropolitan area. I was born and raised in the area and have become intimately familiar with market trends in various communities. For many, buying or selling a home is the biggest financial decision they’re ever going to make. With this in mind, I do not take my job lightly. I specialize in first-time homebuyers, short sales, new construction, and investments (multi-units and renovation for resale) throughout the state of Maryland. My career began over 15+ years ago, when I started my own mortgage subsidiary, and gained extensive experience in the mortgage industry. This valuable knowledge gives me a unique advantage over competitors. I then became a licensed Title Insurance Producer and founded Team Settlement Services, a full-service settlement company. It is always important to me to add another dimension to my overall real estate experience so my clients always have the best resources available. In 2019, I obtained my builder’s license and completed my first custom home in June 2020, my second home was recently completed in February 2022, with additional development projects on the horizon.
