I have been in the Real Estate industry for most of my life. My mom, Irene Yamagata-Bermudez has been a REALTOR® since 1989. I grew up attending open houses, appointments, association meetings and volunteer events. Seeing my mom help so many inspired me to join the industry and help people achieve their real estate goals the way she has. I started my own journey with real estate when I purchased my first home in Azusa at the age of 25 and became a landlord at the age of 30. My husband, daughter, two dogs, cat and I now reside in Claremont. Prior to my real estate career I worked in the Business Services Industry as a Team Lead/Manager for ADP focusing on corporate taxes, customer service and technology. Before that I was in the Banking Industry as a Teller/Personal Banker/Team Lead/Branch Auditor for IndyMac Bank and OneWest Bank focusing on customer service and compliance. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and full-time REALTOR® with eXp Realty based in Southern California. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS® and the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS®.
