A new program that she has started working with now allows me (and anyone else who is interested in participating) to start a "Nest Egg" for a future home purchase, now! This site will stay open until I do eventually make a home investment in the future. Gifts are stored by Homefundit in an account that I can access when its time to purchase. No additional documentation will be needed at that time, making it easy for me to use these funds for downpayment, closing costs, and depending on the account balance even things like furniture and renovations! There's no pressure to donate, but as life's milestones are approaching, this is a unique idea to keep in mind :)
