About Me

A city boy living living in the Seacoast, Nathaniel is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and brings that drive with him. At the age of 19 while attending the University of Pittsburgh for Economics, Nathaniel began his real estate career in property management. While there he had the opportunity to study under HGTV Design Star Luca Paganico and assisted in designing and renovating apartments in and around the city for homeless veterans. Through his property management experience he has become a landlord in Dover helping provide affordable housing to renters in the area. Nathaniel now resides in Durham, NH and uses his experience to help provide a fresh perspective to Seacoast as well as offering his clients an unrivaled value. Whether serving it's serving on Durham's Town Planning Board, coaching lacrosse at Oyster River High School, or volunteering with Catapult Seacoast he brings the same drive to volunteer efforts as he does to real estate. When Nathaniel isn't working on one of his home flips, he is teaching at one of his free First Time Homebuyer seminars to help give people the tools to become homeowners. If you don't run into Nathaniel at work or at an event downtown you'll probably find him at one of his favorite breweries, Garrison City Beerworks. Nick and I are high school sweethearts who have been dating for over seven years. We both recently graduated college and are looking to buy our first home together and settle down. We are down to earth and love to have fun. Some of our hobbies include spending time with family and friends, going out to dinner, being avid sports fanatics of Boston teams, watching movies, reading a good book, traveling, and spending time at the lake either on the boat or around a bonfire. We are putting together this campaign to raise funds to put towards a down payment on our first home. We are hoping to settle down within the year. With student loans piled up, and just having graduated college, we could use all the financial support. We are very appreciative for all your love and support whether that be financially, or keeping us in your thoughts and offering any advice for first time home buyers.
