About Me

My husband, John, and I moved from Iowa to Nashville 25+ years ago. We raised our family here and consider Nashville home! I left a career in public accounting to serve as chief executive of the Reding household prior to beginning a career as a full time real estate agent in 2006. We have renovated 60+ homes for resale and we own a portfolio of single family rental homes. My market knowledge and experience, clear communication and responsiveness continually reward me with repeat and referral business. Client relationships continue beyond the closing table and I would love to become your trusted real estate advisor. I enjoy time with family, boating on Old Hickory Lake, trying Nashville's new restaurants, live music at our many venues, hiking in our great state parks, and am an avid reader and podcast addict. I am active in the parish life at St. Stephen Catholic Community.

I’m so excited to finally be looking at buying a home! The student loans are all paid off, and it’s time for the next big move. But the last step is reaching my down payment goal. I’m using HomeFundIt to make it easy for friends and family to contribute to my down payment. Here are different ways that you can help:
1.    Make a donation online with a debit or credit card by clicking “Contribute Now” on this page. When you do that, my lender will match your donation with $2 for every $1 raised.
2.    Do your online shopping through my “UpIt” portal, and a percentage of your purchase is pledged to my down payment. From Target and Home Depot to VRBO, everything helps! Stop by the campaign page and use the UpIt Store link under the Contribute Now button.
