Teranie Tirado is a Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire Licensed Real Estate Agent. She is a business woman with over 16 years of business experience. She is the founder of Boss Babes Tribe, a Facebook community of over 250 women, created to empower women by helping them reach their goals via education, resources and connections. Teranie a female Latina who earned a Bachelor's degree from Worcester State University and Masters Degree from Fitchburg State University. She is also a two time published author. She’s a former board member of the She's Local Women's Conference. She is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Latin American Business Organization where she founded and produced the LABO News, a Latinx community news show to promote local entrepreneurs. She also has her own show, Empowerment Live, which airs every week on fb where she shares personal and business development tips. As a community leader her goal is to connect, educate and empower people to reach their goals. Teranie spent 15 years working for non profit organizations in Worcester serving as a social worker and mental health counselor. Her passion for community service has been exhibited by her volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, Be Like Brit, Toys for Tots, Miss Central Mass, and Latin American Business Organization. Teranie supports her clients through education by providing workshops such as vision board making, financial education, growth mindset development.
